Wrap green this holiday season

Just because wrapping paper is, well, paper, that doesn’t mean you can recycle it.
In fact most wrapping paper isn’t recyclable, and neither are cards printed on paper that’s been dyed all the way through (think red and green Christmas cards).
So, if you want to have an eco-friendly holiday, you’ll have to think about your paper choices. Check out this article in today’s Daily Camera for some green alternatives this holiday season, which include using recycled cards that are impregnated with flower seeds, reusing old wrapping paper and making sure recyclable wrapping paper makes it into the right bin (you can’t just throw it in the curbside.)
